Straight Answers, Including the Uncomfortable Ones.
If a question you have is not answered here, ask it directly. We would rather answer it before you enquire than after.
Working With Us.
Do you work only with interior businesses?
Interior design, modular kitchen, modular furniture and closely related home-improvement businesses are our core focus. We also work with turnkey interior companies, home renovation firms and architects where the customer journey is similar. We do not take on unrelated industries, because the whole point of specialising is that we already understand how your enquiries behave.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. Advertising and marketing performance depends on multiple business and market variables — your pricing, your portfolio, your sales capacity, your competition and how quickly you follow up. Any agency guaranteeing sales is guaranteeing something outside its control. What we commit to is building measurable acquisition and follow-up systems, and reporting honestly on what they produce.
Is advertising budget included in your management fee?
No. Advertising media spend is normally paid directly by you to the respective ad platform, and is separate from our service fee unless something different is expressly agreed in the proposal.
Can you manage both Meta and Google Ads?
Yes, where both channels fit the acquisition strategy. They do different jobs: Google captures people already searching, Meta creates interest among people who have not started searching yet. Which one comes first depends on your market and budget, and that is part of what the growth audit looks at.
Can you connect our website leads to CRM?
Yes. Lead capture workflows can be integrated with systems such as Zoho CRM, depending on technical access and your requirements. Every enquiry is also stored independently, so a CRM outage can never lose a lead.
Can website enquiries also be stored in Google Sheets?
Yes. Enquiries can be written to a Google Sheet alongside the CRM record, which many teams find easier for day-to-day review and for sales follow-up tracking.
Do you work across India?
Yes. The Advance Media operates from Osian, Jodhpur in Rajasthan and works with growth-focused interior businesses across India. We do not have offices in other cities, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
What happens during the free growth audit?
We review the relevant parts of your current acquisition system — what is visible of your marketing, your website, your lead capture and, where you share it, your follow-up process — and identify potential gaps and opportunities. It is a review, not a guarantee of future performance, and there is no obligation attached to it.
Cost, Scope and Commitment.
What does it cost?
We do not publish fixed monthly packages, because the right scope genuinely differs between a two-person design studio and a modular kitchen company running three showrooms. We recommend a scope after understanding your current acquisition process, your market and your sales capacity.
Why don't you list your prices?
A published package would either be too thin for a business that needs a full system, or too heavy for one that needs a single channel fixed. Quoting after the audit means the scope matches the problem rather than the price list.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Acquisition systems take time to produce reliable data — a campaign judged after two weeks is being judged on noise. We will tell you honestly at proposal stage what timeframe we think is realistic for your situation before you commit to anything.
Meta Ads, Google Ads and Budget.
How much should we spend on ads to start?
It depends on your market, your average project value and how many consultations your team can actually handle. Rather than quote a number that sounds authoritative but is guesswork, we work it backwards from how many consultations you want and what your own numbers suggest each one costs. The growth calculator on this site lets you model that yourself.
How quickly will we see results?
Enquiries usually start arriving well before the campaign is properly optimised. Reliable data — enough to say what is genuinely working rather than what looked good for a week — takes longer, and depends on your budget and enquiry volume. We would rather set that expectation clearly than promise a timeline we cannot control.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. Campaigns run in your own Meta and Google accounts, billed to your own payment method. If we ever stop working together, your account, your data and your campaign history stay with you.
We tried ads before and got poor quality leads. Why would this be different?
Usually because the previous setup optimised for the cheapest form fill rather than for a qualified enquiry, and because nothing downstream filtered or followed up on what arrived. Qualification questions in the form, tracking that reports on qualified leads rather than raw leads, and a follow-up process that actually runs are what change the outcome — not just different ad creative.
What Happens After the Enquiry Arrives.
We already use WhatsApp for everything. Do we really need a CRM?
WhatsApp is excellent for conversations and poor as a system of record. Once enquiries are spread across two or three phones, nobody can answer basic questions: who owns this lead, what was the last thing said, what happens next, and how many enquiries went cold last month. A CRM does not replace WhatsApp — it makes sure nothing that arrives there gets lost.
Do we have to use Zoho?
No. Zoho CRM is what we most often implement for interior businesses in India because of cost and fit, but the architecture is the same regardless of the tool. If you already run a CRM your team uses properly, keeping it is usually the better decision.
Will our team actually use it?
Only if it is simple enough to be worth using. We deliberately keep the field set small at the start — owner, status, next follow-up, source — because a CRM with forty mandatory fields gets abandoned in a fortnight.
What happens if the CRM is down when a lead comes in?
The lead is still saved. Every enquiry is written to your own website database first, then pushed to the Sheet and the CRM. If a push fails it is retried automatically and flagged, so an integration outage can never destroy an enquiry.
Still Have a Question?
Ask it on WhatsApp. You will get an answer from someone who works on the accounts, not a sales script.
