Where Paid Traffic Either Converts or Quietly Disappears.
You can fix a bad campaign in a week. A website that loses two-thirds of the traffic it receives costs you money on every single click, in every campaign, indefinitely.
A Homeowner Decides About You in Roughly Five Seconds.
They arrived from an ad or a search, they are on a phone, and they are deciding whether you are a real business capable of the project they have in mind. In that moment they need four things, in this order: what you do, whether you serve their area, whether your work looks like what they want, and how to start a conversation.
Most interior websites answer the third one eventually, buried below a slider, and the other three not at all.
The specific failures we see most
- A hero slider of unlabelled images. Beautiful, slow to load, and it tells a visitor nothing about what you do or where.
- No service area anywhere. The single most common reason a genuinely interested homeowner leaves.
- Enormous unoptimised images. A page taking eight seconds on mobile data has already lost most of its visitors.
- A "Contact Us" form with three fields. Which gives your sales team nothing and the homeowner no reason to expect a useful reply.
- Ad traffic sent to the home page. Someone searching for modular kitchens lands on a general page and is asked to hunt.
What We Build.
Structure and content
- A first screen that states what you do, where you work and what to do next
- Project pages organised the way homeowners evaluate: type, scope, locality
- Service pages for each thing you actually want more enquiries for
- Location pages only where you can say something genuinely specific
- Qualification-ready enquiry forms rather than a bare contact form
- Clear, visible contact routes — call, WhatsApp and form, on every page
Technical and performance
- Fast loading on mobile data, which is how most of your visitors arrive
- Images compressed and served in modern formats at the right size
- Designed for 360px upward, not shrunk down from a desktop layout
- Accessible: keyboard navigable, real labels, visible focus, sufficient contrast
- Server-side form handling with database storage, Sheet backup and CRM push
- Analytics and conversion tracking configured from day one, not retrofitted

Website Questions.
Do we need a full website or just landing pages?
If you are running ads and your site is the bottleneck, landing pages fix that faster and more cheaply. A full site matters when organic search, credibility for larger projects, or a portfolio a homeowner will browse for twenty minutes are part of the plan. Most established businesses eventually need both; which comes first depends on where your enquiries are being lost now.
Can we keep our existing website?
Often yes. If the structure is sound and it loads reasonably, targeted fixes to the forms, the service area messaging and the page speed can deliver most of the benefit at a fraction of the cost. We will tell you honestly in the audit whether a rebuild is genuinely warranted — sometimes it is not.
Will we be able to update it ourselves?
Yes. It is built on WordPress with the standard block editor, and contact details, tracking IDs and social links are all editable from a settings screen rather than in code. You will not need a developer to change a phone number.
Why not use a page builder like Elementor?
Because page builders load their own grid, icon and animation code on every page whether it is used or not, and that directly costs you the mobile load speed this category cannot afford. The trade-off — slightly less drag-and-drop freedom for a materially faster site — is one we think is worth making for a business buying traffic.
