Meta Ads approach
NCR is not one market. Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi itself behave differently enough that treating them as a single campaign hides which one is actually working.
Gurugram skews toward high-value apartment and builder-floor projects with a strong luxury segment and correspondingly high expectations of presentation and process. Noida and Greater Noida carry more volume at mid-range values with a heavy possession-driven cycle. Delhi proper has a large independent-house and renovation market that behaves nothing like either.
Builder floors are a genuinely NCR-specific format, and they change the brief. An entire floor being fitted out at once is closer to a turnkey project than a room-by-room engagement, with a longer decision cycle and often more than one family member involved in approving it.
The competitive environment is also distinct. NCR has a concentration of larger design firms with substantial marketing budgets, which pushes advertising costs up. Smaller studios generally do better by narrowing to specific sub-markets — a particular set of sectors, or a particular property format — rather than competing city-wide.
Most of the interior activity we see in Delhi NCR clusters around Gurugram sectors and Golf Course Road, Noida, Greater Noida West, Dwarka, South Delhi and Faridabad. Campaign structure that reflects those clusters consistently outperforms city-wide targeting, because it lets you bid differently where your delivery is strongest.
One thing we would change first in Delhi NCR
Splitting NCR into at least three campaigns is usually the first change we recommend. Pooled reporting almost always hides one sub-market subsidising another.
The same system, applied to your market. Which component we start with depends on where your enquiries are currently being lost.

Google Ads approach

Fix the follow-up
See which campaigns produced consultations rather than which produced the most form fills.

How we work with businesses outside Rajasthan
The Advance Media operates from Osian, Jodhpur in Rajasthan and works with Delhi NCR interior businesses remotely, across India. We do not have an office in Delhi NCR, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
In practice it makes very little difference. Campaign management, CRM implementation, tracking and reporting are all done remotely regardless of location, and we work with clients over video calls, WhatsApp and shared account access. Where a project genuinely needs someone physically present — photography direction, for instance — we will say so and help you arrange it locally.

We are not publishing client names, logos or case studies anywhere on this site, because we do not yet have client-approved, verifiable interior case studies to show — and inventing them is not something we are willing to do. What we can do in the audit is show you exactly how we would approach your market and what we would look at first, which is a more useful basis for a decision than a testimonial you cannot verify.
Not in any way we have found. Advertising accounts, CRM systems and analytics are all cloud-based, and the work is the same wherever it is done from. What does affect performance is how quickly your own team responds to enquiries — and that is local to you regardless of where your agency sits.
Yes, and they should be structured as separate campaigns rather than pooled. Search volume, competition and typical project value differ enough between Indian cities that combined reporting hides which market is actually working — and usually one city ends up quietly subsidising another.
