Meta Ads approach
Hyderabad combines large apartment sizes with a rapidly expanding western corridor. The result is a market where average project values run higher than most Indian cities — and where getting qualification right is worth proportionally more.
The western corridor — Gachibowli, Kondapur, Financial District, Kokapet, Tellapur — has produced a large volume of new gated-community inventory over the last decade, much of it in larger configurations than comparable stock in Bengaluru or Pune. Bigger homes mean bigger interior projects, and a meaningful share of full-home rather than single-room briefs.
That changes the economics. A business here can justify more effort per enquiry because the projects are larger, but it also means a wasted site visit costs more. Qualifying on property size and scope before travelling is not administrative overhead in this market — it is directly protecting margin.
Gated communities also concentrate demand geographically in a way that rewards specificity. A studio that has completed several projects in a particular community can market that credibly, and referrals within these developments are unusually strong. Marketing that ignores this and targets the whole city is leaving the most efficient channel unused.
Most of the interior activity we see in Hyderabad clusters around Gachibowli, Kondapur, Financial District, Kokapet, Tellapur, Manikonda, Miyapur and Nallagandla. Campaign structure that reflects those clusters consistently outperforms city-wide targeting, because it lets you bid differently where your delivery is strongest.
One thing we would change first in Hyderabad
Community-level credibility travels fast in Hyderabad. Being able to say "we have completed four homes in this development" often does more than any advertising creative.
The same system, applied to your market. Which component we start with depends on where your enquiries are currently being lost.

How we work with businesses outside Rajasthan
The Advance Media operates from Osian, Jodhpur in Rajasthan and works with Hyderabad interior businesses remotely, across India. We do not have an office in Hyderabad, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
In practice it makes very little difference. Campaign management, CRM implementation, tracking and reporting are all done remotely regardless of location, and we work with clients over video calls, WhatsApp and shared account access. Where a project genuinely needs someone physically present — photography direction, for instance — we will say so and help you arrange it locally.

We are not publishing client names, logos or case studies anywhere on this site, because we do not yet have client-approved, verifiable interior case studies to show — and inventing them is not something we are willing to do. What we can do in the audit is show you exactly how we would approach your market and what we would look at first, which is a more useful basis for a decision than a testimonial you cannot verify.
Not in any way we have found. Advertising accounts, CRM systems and analytics are all cloud-based, and the work is the same wherever it is done from. What does affect performance is how quickly your own team responds to enquiries — and that is local to you regardless of where your agency sits.
Yes, and they should be structured as separate campaigns rather than pooled. Search volume, competition and typical project value differ enough between Indian cities that combined reporting hides which market is actually working — and usually one city ends up quietly subsidising another.
